We’re excited to be presenting our latest proposals for Elizabeth House on York Road

Replacing the tired and outdated existing Elizabeth House building, our proposals would deliver new, exceptional office space, with the intention of supporting thousands of new jobs here in Waterloo.

We also plan to transform the public space and pedestrian experience around the site, help to relieve pressure on Waterloo Station and create much better local connections to the South Bank and surrounding area.

You may have already attended one of the consultation events on the proposals that we have held over the past six months, including the public exhibition in July or the pop-up consultation we held in September at Waterloo Station, displaying our initial concepts for the site. This second exhibition will present more detailed proposals which have evolved during this consultation process.
